Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage.
- Original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging (where applicable).
- Returns must be initiated and completed within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Return or Exchange

- Share your reason and clear photos of the item(s).
- If approved, return the item to our store or via a courier at your cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for size, color, or item of equal value (based on stock availability).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we’ll cover the return delivery cost. For all other reasons, return costs are borne by the client.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Accessories (e.g., earrings, brooches, belts)
- Lip balms and beauty products
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
